Hello Lovelies!
How are you today?
So I am looking very victorian today. This is a vintage Laura Ashley dress that I bought off Ebay (of course!) a few years ago and I took up the hem to make it more modern. It was originally a maxi dress and when worn, I looked like an extra from 'Little House on the Prairie". Absolutely love the lace peter pan collar and the polka dot print is so cute. It's probably one of my favourite dresses that I own, but I don't wear it much to keep it in good condition. I paired it with my tough looking jacket to give a modern edge, but kept it childish with my bear necklaces. What do you guys think?
Oh exciting news! I'm going to London in less than 2 weeks for London Fashion Week. I'm so excited, can't think about anything else right now. However, I have to write a 2000 word report, due in the day before I leave! Urghhhh. These things have to be done I guess, and going to London will be a great way to celebrate! :) Do you guys know any cool/interesting places to visit whilst I'm in London? Will have quite a lot of free time so would love to hear any suggestions!! :)

DeleteCute dress, love the collar on it and the cute bear necklaces! Go to Notting Hill and Camden! There's a really good exhibition at the Fashion and Textile museum in the Southwark area about photography on the catwalks until the 25th (I have a post about it on my blog a couple of weeks back). oh and i like the tate modern! Have fun at Fashion Week! xo

DeleteI absolutely adore the dress! The collar is so perfect too. I prefer the collars on more vintage pieces than the modern ones in shops right now - I feel they made them so much better then. I don't blame you only wearing it every so often to keep it in good condition - it's a beaut! x x
