There is nothing better than relaxing after a hard days work to some of your favourite music. Usually, when I am asked what kind of music 'I am into', I find it really hard to answer because I like aspects of all genres of music. However some days, like today, I have a clearer answer. I love raiding my mums 70's album collection and listening to the likes of Fleetwood Mac, Joni Mitchell, James Taylor, Sandy Denny, Simon and Garfunkel... the list is honestly endless. If you were to look at my ipod, these guys are probably the 'most played'. Don't get me wrong, I love modern music and chart beats as much as the next person, but I guess I'm just an old music lover at heart. :)

Hello Lovelies!

How are you today?

Apologies for the lack of blogging lately. I had a wee blog vacation last week - headed to Glasgow for my friend Katy's birthday! It was a great trip, met lots of lovely glaswegians and had a fun drunken time with my girlies! I wore this outfit on the first night out for some food and drinks. I saw my friend wearing it a few weeks ago and knew I wanted it. 

I'm  like a magpie, drawn to anything shiny! :)

The next few weeks are going to be pretty stressful for me, I have university exams to revise for, reports to complete and a presentation to give... Eeeeek! I just keep counting down the days till it's Summer, not long now lovelies!

Easter Sunday Snaps

Happy Easter!

Today is the day I can eat as much chocolate as I like, without feeling bad. My house was full of chocolate goodies, including a decorated Hello Kitty and yummy easter eggs, as well as my mums infamous ice-cream cupcakes and chocolate crispies! I'm feeling super sick now after eating pretty much all of it... 

Hope you have all had a wonderful day and have ate as much chocolate as I have.. starting to feel a little bad now... oops! :)

Lovely Lace

Dress and Jacket-H+M, Necklace-Gift

Hello Everyone! :)

This was my outfit I wore on Saturday for a night filled with cocktails and martini! The dress is from H+M and the pretty lace pattern caught my eye. It's a simple dress that looks great for a night out or dressed down with cute flats. I was drawn to the 60's design, very Mary Quant. It will be a summer staple when the hot weather comes, for days spent at the beach or shopping.
