Cat Face Shoes

Hello Lovelies

Apologies for the lack of blogging lately. As I've said before, I'm super busy right now getting things sorted to move away. Who knew sorting out SAAS, my bank and phone details could be so stressful?! On top of sorting all this stuff out, I've been working almost every day for the last 2 weeks. I'm pooped.

I decided one evening, to cheer myself up, I'd have a wee browse online and see if there was anything that caught my eye. I've always been a fan of the Charlotte Olympia cat shoes, made popular by the likes of Alexa Chung and Katy Perry, but at £465, the beautiful shoes have always been out (a long way out) of my student budget. Fortunately, during my night of internet searching, I came across these similar and much cheaper cat face shoes. They arrived today and are absolutely adorable! They have easily become my new favourite shoes. Who wouldn't love these cute kittens?!

Hope you are all doing well and again, apologies for being non-existent lately. I have lots of new outfits lined up to show you guys AND I've decided to dye my hair again, ombre style, and will hopefully, (if technology is kind to me) be creating an ombre hair tutorial video to show how you can create the look for yourself!

Birthday Cake

(edible flower wafers bought from asda.)

Hello Lovelies!

I baked this cake, with the help of my mum, for my friend Georgina's birthday last month. You can find the recipe here. Follow the same steps, but instead of dividing the mixture, keep it all together to create a cake! Just looking at these pictures makes me really hungry... If I could, I'd eat cake all day! :)

So I've been pretty non-existent lately. I've picked up a job at a local pub as a waitress in order to earn some pennies for my move to Denmark. I leave Scotland on the 9th of August. Hardly thought about packing, more excited that the place I'm staying is about an hour from LegoLand! Amazing! Will no doubt have lots of adventures when I'm over there! :) So apologies if there is a severe lack of blogging the next few weeks. I will be busy working away and getting ready to leave. I can't wait to share with you all my new surroundings and I'll hopefully be using a proper camera, instead of my iPhone.

Hope you are all great and a big HELLO to all my new followers! :)

Dress- H+M, Shoes- Office, Belt+Bag- Attic, Necklace - Primark

Hello my lovely followers!

I've had a few lazy days recently, visiting friends and having fun before I move to Denmark in less than a month. Eeeek! The thought of moving hasn't hit me yet. I feel like I'm just going on a very long holiday, instead of studying at university. As each day gets closer and closer, I get more excited and think of all the things I need to sort out. Let's not even talk about packing... I don't know how I'm going to manage my clothes... But trust me, I will find a way to take my entire wardrobe over with me! Haha :)

So, the weather has been awful. Truly awful. Pretty sure the rain is making everyone depressed. There was a small sunny spell one day, so decided to show off my very pale Scottish legs. I've mentioned before that I love the combination of black and gold. Dolce and Gabbana showcased a beautiful collection that I pretty much fell in love with, mainly because the only colours used were black and canary yellow/gold. Click here to read the post I wrote on the wonderful collection! :)

Have a great day, more soon!

Flower Bomb

Dress- eBay, Bag- Vintage, Shoes and Jewellery - Primark, Jacket - H+M

Hello Lovelies!

I decided to inject a burst of colour onto my blog to brighten up the grey days we've been having lately. This dress was the very first thing I bought on eBay about 5 years ago. I remember the thrill of watching the auction end, wondering if I was going to clinch the item in the final seconds. I don't think I'd even heard of Paypal, as I remember paying by cheque! It was this dress that started my love for eBay, the weird and wonderful auction website where you can find almost everything and anything in the world. The past 5 years I have bought and sold hundreds of things. It's like a online jumble sale where you never really know what you are going to receive in the post. Some things are hits, others misses, but it's the unexpectedness that I love.
