Birthday Cake

(edible flower wafers bought from asda.)

Hello Lovelies!

I baked this cake, with the help of my mum, for my friend Georgina's birthday last month. You can find the recipe here. Follow the same steps, but instead of dividing the mixture, keep it all together to create a cake! Just looking at these pictures makes me really hungry... If I could, I'd eat cake all day! :)

So I've been pretty non-existent lately. I've picked up a job at a local pub as a waitress in order to earn some pennies for my move to Denmark. I leave Scotland on the 9th of August. Hardly thought about packing, more excited that the place I'm staying is about an hour from LegoLand! Amazing! Will no doubt have lots of adventures when I'm over there! :) So apologies if there is a severe lack of blogging the next few weeks. I will be busy working away and getting ready to leave. I can't wait to share with you all my new surroundings and I'll hopefully be using a proper camera, instead of my iPhone.

Hope you are all great and a big HELLO to all my new followers! :)

  13. Your life sounds so romantic - like a movie! Baking pretty cakes with your mum, working in a pub to "earn pennies" for traveling, trips to Denmark...etc etc. I wish I could say things like this - makes you sound young, exotic and like you're really living life.

Gorgeous cake! So cute - and the sprinkles and flowers go perfectly with the frosting color. Hope it was delicious! Good luck earning money, I'm sure you'll reach your goal in no time.
