Hello lovelies!

During the cold, winter months I always seem to find myself gravitating towards darker, monochrome colours of clothing. However, recently I've enjoyed throwing some brighter shades into the mix and experimenting with colour, especially pink! Speaking of, I'm excited to show you all this dress, another item from my Style London haul and one which I love! I think this dress will be perfect for spring events, and definitely one I'll keep in mind for any summer weddings! I particularly love the design of the sleeves, which are so cute and feminine, and drape nicely off my shoulders. The delicate lace hem also adds a sweet, final touch. I paired my new dress with my classic black heels and one of my many vintage necklaces to complete the whole look!

* Those Summer Nights *

(White Cami Top - Style London / Black Jeans - ASOS / Leather Jacket - New Look / Shoes - M&S / Necklace - eBay / Handbag - H&M)

Hello lovelies!
I hope you're all doing well and that you had a wonderful Valentines weekend - I hope my previous post managed give you all some last minute outfit inspiration! :)
Recently, I've been really excited for the weather to get better and for the nights to get lighter! I have been clearing out my wardrobe (anything to avoid uni coursework) and I'm looking forward to packing away my chunky cardigans and jumpers for the year, and revisiting my summer clothing. I currently love this outfit as it's so easy to throw together and will be perfect for the summer nights ahead. This white cami top from Style London is my new favourite, as it's so lightweight and comfortable to wear. I particularly love the detailing on the neckline which is subtle but gives a lovely finish. Another reason why I love this top is that it forces me to wear jeans and gets me out of my black tights comfort zone - I always feel a little bit like Sandy from Grease in these high-waisted, black skinnies!
Are you guys excited for summer?

* Back To Black *

Hello Lovelies!
You'll all know by now that I absolutely love dresses! They probably make up 99% of my wardrobe as I find them so easy to throw on and create cute everyday outfits with. But I rarely have the chance to get properly 'dressed up' for formal events, so when I was contacted by the lovely Naomi from Ghost London and offered the chance to review a dress from their gorgeous collection, I felt very privileged! The clothing range instantly appealed to me, with its classic, vintage-inspired pieces and I chose this elegant, simple yet stylish, black 'Hatty' cocktail dress. I know it will last me for many, many years to come and I'm delighted to add it to my ever-growing dress collection - Thank you Ghost!

(Black Dress - Ghost/ Shoes - New Look/ Accessories - Vintage)

I've worn and loved the Ghost perfume for years but have never been lucky enough to own a piece from their clothing range. Ghost have been producing collections since 1984, specialising in vintage designs made from durable fabrics which are easy to wear and flattering for all shapes. The brand has even gained a seal of approval from the one and only Grace Coddington, who described them as 'clothes that women like to wear'. Couldn't agree more with you Grace!
I wanted to keep the overall look simple and chose minimal, vintage accessories: a shiny but subtle statement necklace and a very old embroidered evening clutch. This outfit is a little different from what I normally wear but I wanted to show you this classic number and make you aware of the Ghost clothing brand. I can't recommend them enough if you are looking for an elegant dress for any formal occasion. They also have a wonderful bridal range full of drool-worthy pieces, so with wedding season fast approaching, you know where to go!
Have any of you worn Ghost London before?

* My Life Lately *

Hello lovelies!
After several leisurely weeks off, I've finally returned to uni and found myself straight back to the books! Although it's nice to take time off, a part of me loves to be kept busy and I'm excited to get stuck into the next semester and exercise my brain! Saying that, I had a lovely christmas break spending time with family and friends, keeping cozy in front of the fire and eating my body weight in chocolate and cake. Now, it's time to get serious with the 'healthy' diet and perhaps manage to set my alarm clock to a reasonable time (i.e. before midday)...

Anyways, I love to share some weekly photos with you all, as most of these don't make an appearance on the old blog. Instagram has fast become my number one app and is refreshed too many times in a day! I love Instagram as it allows me to stalk get an authentic and personal look into some of my favourite celebs and bloggers everyday lives, whilst keeping up to date with my best friends! Plus, it's the perfect place to spend an hour or two, if you like browsing through pretty pictures of flowers, fashion and #foodporn.
