The Olympics // As undoubtedly the most talked about event of the year, the 2016 Rio Olympics has showcased the best athletes to walk the face of the earth. There have been some breathtaking, impressive performances and in the midst of it all, some fantastic photography took place. Since the games ended on Sunday 21st August, lots of people have been sharing pictures of their favourite moments throughout the sporting competition. Here  are a few of the photos that stood out over the event:

A Floral Dress // Pretty much staple to my wardrobe, I'm not sure what I would do without a floral dress. You see, when it comes to a floral dress, it's all about how you style it. Be casual with a pair of ballet flats, denim jacket and backpack for a relaxed day shopping in town. And for when you want to transform into something more elegant for evening? Easy. Make the simple transition by throwing on a leather jacket, high heels and a small clutch bag. This dress from New Look can create multiple looks, but I've decided to keep it quite simple today, letting the pretty blue print do most of the talking.

Copenhagen Fashion Week // During my time at university, I was offered a fantastic opportunity to study abroad. I’ve always loved to travel and jumped at the opportunity to study and live in a different country. I was offered a place at TEKO Fashion and Marketing College in Herning, Denmark, and was thrilled when I heard I’d be moving to Scandinavia. Some of the first things that popped into my head when I thought of the country was the fantastic murder series ‘The Killing’, delicious Danish pastries and of course, Scandi-style fashion.

Hello everyone! Last month I was really lucky to be sent a lovely hair curling kit from the team at Irresistible Me. I wrote an initial unboxing review, which you can read here, but after several weeks of chaos, I have finally found the time to sit down and test this kit out! 

I was really excited to use these curling wands, but there was a slight hiccup - it was an American product! This was absolutely fine as I had been forewarned by the IM team, but it meant I had to go searching for a US to UK plug adapter. After waiting several weeks for one to arrive on eBay (ordered one from China, my bad), I was finally ready to test these bad boys!
