Lucerne Switzerland Travel Diary // Over the last six months, I've been fortunate enough to travel to Lucerne, a small town in northern Switzerland, three times. In one word, it is idyllic. I've been travelling there for work and although I have not been able to be a 'proper' tourist outside of my working hours, I've still managed to explore the beautiful, historic town. I wanted to share some snapshots with you all and show off the beauty of this hidden treasure.
As you can tell from the wonderful pictures above, it's a delightful location. From historical wooden bridges, to quaint hotels and churches, Lucerne is a great destination for business and leisure travellers alike. Just make sure you bring enough money, Switzerland is known for its high prices and the average cup of coffee is around £8... thank goodness it tastes delicious! ;-) Have you ever been to Switzerland before? Let me know in the comments below.
More soon,
Helen

I have to say, Lucerne seems like a stunning city and I'm planning to visit it myself, with a trip through Prague, Munich, and Zurich. I've been doing some research and there are so many things I want to see and do in each city. In Prague, I definitely want to explore the Old Town Square and the Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. Munich is famous for its beer gardens, so that's a must-visit for me. And in Zurich, I'm looking forward to walking along the lake and checking out some of the city's museums. It's going to be an exciting trip!
